Refund policy

Custom and Bespoke Cakes

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for all custom orders.
  • Orders cancelled more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the non-refundable deposit).
  • Orders cancelled within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
  • Changes to designs, flavours, or specifications must be requested at least 7 days before the delivery or collection date. Additional charges may apply.

Standard Online Products

  • For products purchased directly through our online shop, we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of collection/delivery.
  • All complaints must be accompanied by photographic evidence and, where applicable, a sample of the product.

Quality Guarantee

  • Should you be unhappy with your cake, we will do everything we can to rectify the matter before your event.
  • If you remain unsatisfied, we may offer a refund in exchange for the return of the product.
  • For design issues, the cake must be photographed and evidence emailed to us within 24 hours of collection/delivery.
  • For taste concerns, a sample must be provided within 24 hours.

Acceptance of Products

  • Upon collection or delivery, you will be asked to inspect your order and confirm it meets your expectations.
  • Once you or your designated representative has accepted the order, it is considered "accepted" and refunds for decorating style, writing, colour shade, or general design will not be honoured.

Damage After Collection/Delivery

  • We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up, or any time after it leaves our possession.
  • You will be given instructions on how to properly carry, transport, and store your cake.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
  • The maximum refund offered will be the value of the cake and delivery. Further compensation is not available.
