Shipping policy

Local Collection

  • All cakes are available for collection from our Erdington, Birmingham location
  • Collection times are scheduled between 10am-12pm on Saturdays and by appointment on weekdays
  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order
  • Late collection fees apply: £5 for 30 minutes past scheduled time and £10 for 60 minutes past scheduled time

Local Delivery

  • We offer local delivery services within Birmingham for an additional fee
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and displayed at checkout
  • Deliveries typically take place between 8am-6pm on the scheduled date
  • You will receive an email with a two-hour delivery window one day before delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address

Shipping Options

  • Eligible Products for Shipping: Breads and cookies can be shipped within the UK mainland
  • Non-Eligible Products: Large cakes, tiered cakes, bento boxes, cup cakes, mini cakes and wedding cakes are available for local collection or delivery only due to their delicate nature
  • All shipped items are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and structural integrity
  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation

Shipping Timeline

  • We deliver early in the week (Monday-Wednesday) to avoid products sitting in transit over weekends
  • Orders placed Wednesday or later may ship the following week to ensure freshness
  • We hand delivery to ensure your order arrives safely
  • Shipping times are typically 1-2 business days within the UK mainland

Product Care During Transit

  • All shipped products include care instructions
  • Refrigerated items are shipped with appropriate cooling materials
  • For optimal freshness, we recommend consuming shipped products within 24-48 hours of receipt

  • We do not currently offer international shipping

Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order doesn't arrive on the expected date, please contact us immediately
  • Please provide photographic evidence of any damaged items within 24 hours of receipt
  • We will assess each situation individually and offer appropriate solutions
